All our plans are one-time license fees — no monthly subscriptions, no recurring annual charges, no hidden fees. You pay once and the software is yours. You only pay again if you want upgrades, additional features, or renewal of support after the free period ends.

We offer 4 plans: Starter (₹15,000 — 1 license, 1 year updates), Professional (₹35,000 — 3 licenses, source code, 2 year updates), Enterprise (₹75,000 — unlimited licenses, lifetime updates, dedicated support), and White-label (custom pricing — full reseller rights). We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), credit/debit cards, and cash payments at our office. For large projects, we typically take 50% advance and 50% on delivery.

The plans listed on our pricing page are standard base prices. Complex products like custom Payment Gateways, full ERP systems, or multi-platform solutions may have different pricing based on the scope. Contact us for a custom quote specific to your requirements.

Most ready-made software is deployed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. This includes full white-labeling, server setup, domain configuration, and initial training. Custom software development timelines vary from 7–60 days depending on complexity.

Starter plan clients need their own hosting (we provide guidance for setup). Professional and Enterprise plans include free server setup on your chosen hosting provider. White-label plans come with fully managed cloud hosting. We recommend VPS hosting on DigitalOcean, Hostinger, or AWS for best performance.

Just provide your company name, logo (in PNG/SVG format), brand colors (hex codes), domain name, and contact information. We handle all the customization and branding work. You don't need any technical knowledge.

Yes, absolutely. All our software is deployed on your own domain name. We handle the domain pointing, SSL certificate installation, and DNS configuration as part of the setup process.

Minimum recommended: 2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, 50GB SSD, Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 LTS. For high-traffic deployments (10,000+ daily transactions), we recommend 4 vCPU, 8GB RAM, 100GB SSD. We guide you through the optimal setup during onboarding.

Yes — 100%. There is no GPS Online branding anywhere in the delivered software. Your clients will see only your company name, logo, and domain. The software is fully rebrandable, including the mobile app store listings.

Source code is included in Professional and Enterprise plans. Starter plan uses a licensed compiled version without source code but with full white-labeling. White-label plan includes complete source code with reseller rights.

Reseller/resale rights are only included in the White-label plan. Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans are for your own business use. If you want to sell GPS Online software under your own brand to your clients, inquire about our White-label reseller program.

All plans include email and WhatsApp support. Professional plan adds priority support with 24-hour response. Enterprise plan includes 24/7 dedicated account manager with 4-hour response SLA. We also provide video call support, screen-sharing sessions, and comprehensive documentation.

We offer a 30-day bug-free warranty on Starter, 90-day on Professional, and lifetime bug-fix guarantee on Enterprise and White-label plans. If any functionality doesn't work as demonstrated during the demo or as specified in the scope document, we fix it at no extra cost.

We release updates regularly — typically monthly minor updates and quarterly major feature releases. All updates within your plan's free period are delivered automatically. Updates include bug fixes, security patches, performance improvements, and new features.

Yes. All deliveries include basic training (video walkthrough + documentation). Professional and Enterprise plans include live training sessions via video call for your admin team. We also maintain a knowledge base with how-to guides for all our products.

Our software is primarily built with PHP 8 / Laravel (backend), React.js / Vue.js (frontend), MySQL 8 / Redis (database), and React Native / Flutter (mobile apps). Servers run on Ubuntu with Nginx/Apache. Full stack details are shared in the technical documentation provided with each product.
